Temporomandibular Joint radiography (TMJ)

Temporal and mandibular joint radiographs are used in cases such as condylar examination, condylar neck, joint space in open and closed mouth, condylar mobility, pain or joint sound (best diagnostic radiography for initial evaluation of condyles).


Sialography is one of the radiographs related to salivary glands and in addition to evaluating the gland parenchyma, it is the best method for evaluating salivary gland ducts.
